I think there are a lot of strong ideas with these two plans. I thin kthe dining are is going to be quite small - you will need to layout tables and chairs in the space and make sure that you have enough dining. The dj booth can be much more integrated into this "seashell" concept. Also, look at the edge of the second level and how the Bar2 is part under- part outside the 2nd floor. Remember that a section of a seashell is also curved. Not all the curves of the spaces should just be in floor plan - think also in section and 3D. Great start.
